Triple Blend Miso

Triple Blended Miso offers a well-rounded flavor profile achieved by harmoniously blending three distinct types of miso: Barley Miso or Spelt Miso, Brown Rice Miso, and White Rice Miso. The perfect balance of ingredient ratios in this blend is the result of years of experimentation. In Japan, the most common blend consists of two types, White Rice Miso and Barley Miso.
